Selling homes in Portland has put me in the enviable position of having a career that is incredibly rewarding, fun, and changes from day to day. I have come into contact with incredibly special people who are now dear friends who have referred me clients who are now dear friends as well. My social circle has grown exponentially because when you are passionate about what you do, you find yourself surrounded by others who are equally passionate. I work with individuals who are serious about selling and/or buying a home, but also want to have some fun along the way. I discover out what makes them tick, how they spend their time, what they see for their future. These conversations help me to invest in them just as they are investing in me. My job is to protect them and their financial security. With over 8 years’ experience, I am a skilled negotiator who will work to ensure my clients receive the best possible outcome. Sometimes that involves tough conversations- I will always be honest and act in my sellers’ and buyers’ best interests. I keep up to date on market trends and keep my clients informed so they can make the best decision for themselves. Sometimes that means there isn’t a sale, and that’s okay. My timeline is their timeline. For most people, buying and selling a home is the largest financial transaction in their life, and I take that very seriously. Earning your trust and guiding you through the process to financial security means I have succeeded and have gained another happy client and new friend.
ABOUT LULU
Lulu was raised in the Washington, DC area, and Austin, Texas. She studied at the University of Texas before moving back to Washington. She was in management for Williams-Sonoma stores there and then moved to New York City, continuing with the company. On a trip to Portland, Lulu fell in love with the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, and transferred here to run stores in Pioneer Place. After leaving W-S, she owned a restaurant in Southeast Portland, then sold it and started a family. Lulu has been in Portland for 30 years, having lived in Hollywood, Mt. Tabor, Irvington, the Alberta Arts district, and enjoyed the architecture styles not only in her neighborhoods, but all over the city. Besides owning 3 homes in Portland, she owned a cottage in the heart of Cannon Beach and multi-family housing in Astoria. Her kids Chloe and Oscar were raised in Irvington and attended Irvington School and Grant High School. Chloe graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from USC, and Oscar is a junior studying accounting at the University of Oregon. While her two kids were in middle and high school, Lulu enjoyed being a preschool teacher a few blocks from her home, where she had a wonderful time engaging with local families. She still keeps in touch with many of them, and has been fortunate to have been referred real estate clients from some of her students' families. When Lulu, Chloe and Oscar are together, they enjoy cooking an array of cuisines, attending sporting events, concerts, hanging out with friends, trying out new restaurants, exploring thrift-stores, traveling, and spending time together as a family.
