For me, selling real estate is about building relationships. In any kind of relationship, one of the most important building blocks is to listen. I want to hear about my clients’ lives, hobbies, careers, and goals because it helps me to focus on why they are selling their house or looking for a new one. If I haven’t taken the time to get to know my sellers and buyers, I haven’t done my job. It’s so much more than asking how much they want to sell their house for or how many bedrooms they need in their next house. It’s about finding their “why.” I work hard to foster trust so that they know I have their backs and will skillfully negotiate on their behalf. I keep up to date on the current market trends, tour homes, and take classes that keep me up to date on any changes that will affect my clients.  My workstyle is not 'business as usual.' It’s thinking outside of the box to help my clients go through a lifechanging event as seamlessly as possible, and have some fun along the way.
